Why my device fails to backup? How to troubleshoot backup failure

When the backup procedure is failed to complete while using backup and restore feature,
💡 Please try a few things below to troubleshoot.
- Restart the device and reconnect the USB drive to your Formuler again.
- Try plugging the USB drive into your PC or another device and check if it is detectable and accessible.
- Try connecting with another port and check that the USB drive is properly connected to the device.
⚡ Check if you can access USB drive through "File Manager" app from Home screen.
- Try with a different USB drive if available.
- Format USB drive correctly follwoing a guide and try again.
