Why my device fails to backup? How to troubleshoot backup failure

Backup and restore feature helps users copy and paste all configuration within same devices easily.

When the backup procedure is failed to complete while using backup and restore feature,
💡 Please try a few things below to troubleshoot.

  1. Restart the device and reconnect the USB drive to your Formuler again. 
  2. Try plugging the USB drive into your PC or another device and check if it is detectable and accessible. 
  3. Try connecting with another port and check that the USB drive is properly connected to the device. 
    ⚡ Check if you can access USB drive through "File Manager" app from Home screen.
  4. Try with a different USB drive if available.
  5. Format USB drive correctly follwoing a guide and try again.
