When logs are requested by Formuler Support staff through a Help Desk ticket you created,
Please follow the steps below to "Report a problem" from your device (*Model dependent)

đź’ˇ HOW TO
- Unplug your power cable and plug the cable back in
- Reproduce the issue with your device
- Go to Home > Android Settings > About > Report a Problem > Send logs
Before Sending logs, please write down your Tracking # on the left-side of the screen - Reply to your ticket with the tracking# in step 3

- Unplug your power cable and plug the cable back in
- Reproduce the issue with your device
- Go to Home > Settings > Device Preferences > About > Report a Problem > Send logs

- Unplug your power cable and plug the cable back in
- Reproduce the issue with your device
- Go to Home > Android Settings > About > Status > Report a Problem > Send logs

đź’ˇ HOW TO
- Download an attached file '_dump_log.zip' to your PC and unzip it. (File should be _dump_log)
- Format a USB flash drive as NTFS or FAT32
- Copy the _dump_log file(no file extension) to your formatted USB root (without parent folder)
- Insert the USB containing the _dump_log folder into your device
- Power on your device and reproduce the issue
- Wait about 1 minute and remove the USB and connect it to your computer
- Reply to your ticket attaching newly created log folder on the USB
