How to Report a problem and Send logs

When logs are requested by Formuler Support staff through a Help Desk ticket you created,
Please follow the steps below to "Report a problem" from your device (*Model dependent)

  1. Unplug your power cable and plug the cable back in
  2. Reproduce the issue with your device
  3. Go to Home > Android Settings > About > Status > Report a Problem > Send logs
    Before Sending logs, please write down your Tracking # on the left-side of the screen
  4. Reply to your ticket with the tracking# in step 3

  1. Download an attached file '' to your PC and unzip it. (File should be _dump_log)
  2. Format a USB flash drive as NTFS or FAT32
  3. Copy the _dump_log file(no file extension) to your formatted USB root (without parent folder)
  4. Insert the USB containing the _dump_log folder into your device
  5. Power on your device and reproduce the issue 
  6. Wait about 1 minute and remove the USB and connect it to your computer
  7. Reply to your ticket attaching newly created log folder on the USB
