When you connect your M3U play list, if you encounter Error code 11. 
Here you have some check points to troubleshoot.

 

📝Applicable models: ✅ All models

The main reason why you see "Error Code 11" is beacuas the m3u playlist URL you input is incorrect or inactive. 

 

Please check a few things below to resolve the issue.

 

  1. Try to input your m3u URL in a web browser on your phone or PC to see if the URL is valid or not.
  2. Contact your service provider to troubleshoot your URL, verify your URL is correct. 
  3. In case it was working before and it is not now, and you didn't modify anything, 
    Please try to delete the m3u from the connections menu and try to re-add it to see if it resolves your issue.

 


🚨TIP: M3U to XC API 💬
