If you are experiencing "an error has occured: -1" in MYTVOnline+ for iOS, please follow the steps below:

1. Open Settings : Locate and tap the Settings app on your iOS device.

2. Access Your Apple ID : Tap on your name at the top of the Settings menu.

3. Select iCloud : Find and tap on iCloud.

4. Find Private Relay : Look for and tap on Private Relay.

5. Turn it Off : Toggle the switch to turn off Private Relay. You can also choose to turn it off until tomorrow or completely disable it.

6. Open MYTVOnline+ and try connecting to the portal again.
