Error Description

The MYTVOnline+ application may display an "external display not supported" error message, preventing channels from playing on your mobile device.

Cause

This error occurs because the MYTVOnline+ application does not support: - Casting to external devices - Screen mirroring to external screens - Screen recording features

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Check External Connections

  • Ensure your mobile device is not connected to any external screens
  • Disconnect any casting or screen mirroring connections
  • Turn off screen recording features if enabled

2. Restart Your Device

If no external connections are present and the error persists: 1. Restart your mobile device completely 2. Launch the MYTVOnline+ app after the restart 3. Test channel playback functionality
