Issue

The voice feature on the BT3 & BT1 remotes may stop working if the remote is operating in IR mode instead of Bluetooth mode. The voice feature requires a Bluetooth connection to function properly.

Solution

To enable the voice feature, you need to pair your BT1 remote via Bluetooth:

1. Access Bluetooth Settings

   • Navigate to Launcher Home screen > Control Panel (top right settings icon) > Bluetooth

2. Put Remote in Pairing Mode

   • Press and hold the OK + Menu buttons simultaneously on your remote
   • Continue holding until the white LED on the remote starts to blink
   • Release the buttons once the LED begins blinking

3. Complete Pairing

   • Wait for the Formuler device to detect the remote signal
   • The device will automatically pair with the remote

Additional Notes

• If you're also experiencing issues with Sirius XM channels not working after an update, this may be a separate issue that requires additional troubleshooting
• The remote must be in Bluetooth mode (not IR mode) for voice features to function
