How to troubleshoot ethernet issues

Check the steps below to resolve the ethernet issues.


💡 Please follow the steps below in order to troubleshoot.

📝Applicable models : ✅Z8 Pro  ✅Z8  ✅CC  ✅Z Alpha  ✅Z+Neo
  • Open Android Settings

  • Open Network settings

  • Scroll down to 'IP Settings' and make sure DHCP is enabled

  • Scroll to 'Proxy Settings' in the Network settings and make sure it is set to None
  • Uninstall any DNS or VPN app from your device
  • Disable IPv6 option in Android Settings and test again
  • Disconnect LAN cable, reboot the router and reconnect LAN cable to your device.

 

Finally, if none of the above steps solves your Ethernet issue, factory resetting and test again:
